I began my journey with the study and practice of Shiatsu, later graduating from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy (CCMT). I studied and became certified in Jin Shin Do through Iona Teegarden, and continued with advanced training in Myofascial Release at The John Barnes Institute.
I furthered my education by obtaining certifications in Contemporary Cupping Methods and Kinesio Taping. A highlight of this journey was attending an international symposium in Tokyo, hosted by Dr. Kenzo Kase, the developer himself!
Now, I treat clients through various techniques, including Advanced Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute, Total Body Balancing, and Lymphatic Body Balancing. Additionally, I practice Energy Alignment through the D’Ambrosio Institute, and I am certified in Distance Healing through Healing From the Core. My credentials also include Pendulum Alchemy certification from Erich Hunter, PhD, and Accessing Akashic Records through Marina Beech.
Incorporating Sound Therapy into my practice, I utilize bronze and crystal bowls, gongs, and indigenous instruments, with training from Ed Cleveland.
Over the years, I have worked with elite athletes around the world, first at the Boston Marathon, and then with gold medal Olympic winners as a member of the First International Massage Team at the Athens 2004 Olympics, as well as at countless local road races and sporting events. I was honored to be a guest speaker at Yale University School of Medicine, where I lectured on alternative diagnostic techniques, and I have been published twice in trade magazines.
